Bloomberg ETF analysts say Litecoin regulatory filings have been acknowledged and the SEC likely views it as a commodity.

It’s one more development reflecting a change in approach from the US Securities and Exchange Commission toward crypto.

Litecoin price is up today after the SEC acknowledged Canary Capital’s spot LTC ETF application within two weeks of its initial filing on Jan. 16.

Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas warned that an imminent change in the SEC leadership could shake things up.

The compromised social media account is merely the latest in a string of hacking incidents on X over the last several months.

The fund aims to offer exposure to MicroStrategy’s convertible bonds, among others.
